Before you write in, it is worth checking the pages below — they cover the things people ask us most often, usually in more detail than an email reply would.
- "Where did my file go?" Nowhere. Every conversion happens inside your own browser using the Canvas API; no file is ever sent to us. There is nothing on our side to look up, recover or delete. See the privacy policy.
- "The site says my file type is not supported." That message comes from whatever you are uploading to, not from us. The fix for "file type not supported" walks through what each platform accepts and what to convert to.
- "Why won't my WEBP open?" Most desktop software still cannot read it. See WEBP images not opening, or convert it on the home page.
- "My iPhone saves HEIC and nothing will open it." Either convert the files or change the camera setting so it stops happening.
- "Is there a file size or batch limit?" No. The only real limit is your device's memory, because your device is doing the work.
- "Do you make money from this?" Yes — through affiliate links to products we recommend. It is set out plainly on the affiliate disclosure page.

Bug reports are much easier to act on with three things: the browser and version you are using, the operating system, and the format you started from and were converting to. If a specific file fails, telling us its extension and rough size helps more than sending the file — which, given everything above, we would rather you did not do.
We read everything that arrives. We are a small operation, so we cannot promise a reply to every message, and we would rather say that plainly than quote a response time we cannot guarantee.
